SPRING WITH PISCO

 

Recipe:

1 1/2 oz pisco

1/4 oz blue curaçao

1/4 oz lychee liqueur

1 1/4 oz lime juice

3/4 oz homemade mint syrup

1 oz egg white

Dry shake, then shake with ice. Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of mint!
