1.25 oz Hendrick’s Flora Adora Gin
0.75 oz Passoã Passion Fruit Liqueur
0.5 oz Campari
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Grenadine (homemade)
0.25 oz Strawberry Shrub (homemade)
3 oz Dry Sparkling Wine
Method:
In a cocktail shaker with ice combine everything, except for sparkling wine. Shake to chill. Double-strain over pebbled ice. Gently add sparkling wine.
