◻️ 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
◻️ 1 oz tequila (I used @tequilacorrido Blanco)
◻️ 2 oz Aperol
◻️ Merlot Sea Salt
◻️ Garnish: grapefruit slice, edible flower
1. Add grapefruit juice, tequila, Aperol and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
2. Brush the rim of a cocktail glass with honey and sprinkle with Merlot Sea Salt until coated. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass. If desired, garnish with a grapefruit slice and edible flower.
