PLUM RUFFLE

 

1 oz Roku Japanese Gin

1 oz Toasted Coconut Sake

1/4 oz SoHo Lychee Liqueur

1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/4 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar

1 oz Ume Plum Liqueur @drinkume

1 oz Champagne


Garnish:

Dragon Fruit Garnish

Kinome Leaf @freshoriginsmicrogreens

Pickled Plum


Method:

Combine gin, sake, lychee liqueur, lime juice, vinegar in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill. Double-strain over fresh ice. Gently add Ume Plum Liqueur. Top it off with champagne.
