Pomegranate Mocktail Sour

 

The Pomegranate Mocktail Sour combines juicy pomegranate and mandarin, coconut water, zesty lemon, sweet maple syrup, and a dash of bitters to create a mocktail you will never want to stop sipping!

Pomegranate Mocktail Sour (makes 1)

◽️ 1 oz pomegranate juice

◽️ 1 1⁄2 oz coconut water

◽️ 1/2 oz mandarin juice (juice from 1 mandarin)

◽️ 3/4 oz lemon juice

◽️ 1/2 oz maple syrup

◽️ 1/2 oz aquafaba

◽️ 2 dashes NA orange bitters

◽️ Garnished: dehydrated mandarin

 

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.

2. Double strain the mocktail mixture into a coupe glass. If desired, garnish with a dehydrated

mandarin slice.
