This Hot & Sleepy Girl Mocktail is my take on the viral mocktail. It’s cute, tasty, and comes with added benefits! Magnesium powder, which promotes relaxation and stress reduction to improve your quality of sleep, combines with tart cherry juice, fresh mandarin juice, calming chamomile tea, and maple syrup for a cozy mocktail you’ll be dreaming about ✨ 💭 !

Hot & Sleepy Girl Mocktail (makes 1)

◻️ 1/3 cup tart cherry juice

◻️ 1 scoop magnesium powder*

◻️ 1/2 oz mandarin juice (juice from 1 mandarin)

◻️ 1 cup chamomile tea

◻️ 1 tsp maple syrup

◻️ Garnish: Chamomile flowers, mandarin slice

1. Add all ingredients to a mug. Stir to combine.

2. If desired, garnish with fresh chamomile flowers and a mandarin slice.

*Be sure to use a magnesium powder that can mix with hot liquid according to package instructions.
