Paper Plane
◻️ 3/4 oz whiskey
◻️ 3/4 oz Aperol
◻️ 3/4 oz amaro (preferably Amaro Nonino)
◻️ 3/4 oz lemon juice
◻️ Garnish: lemon twist, paper plane
1. Add whiskey, Aperol, amaro, lemon juice and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
2. Strain into a coupe glass. If desired, garnish with a lemon twist and paper plane.
