Cat’s Pajamas

 

2oz Barr Hill Tom Cat Barrel Aged Gin

3/4oz Honey Syrup (2pts Barr Hill Raw Honey and 1pt hot water. Combine and let cool)

3/4oz Lemon Juice - I used a Meyer lemon but that’s just my personal preference

Lemon Twist (mine kinda fell apart so I also added a dehydrated lemon wheel)

Add ingredients to cocktail shaker over ice. Shake 20 seconds to really chill. Fine strain into chilled coupe. Express lemon oils over top and garnish with twist or wheel.
