1-1/2 oz Rhubarb Infused Gin
3/4 oz Rosé Vermouth
1/2 oz Campari
1/4 oz Hibiscus Rose Syrup
2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
2 oz Dry Sparkling Wine
Expressed Grapefruit Zest

Method:
Combine Rhubarb Infused Gin, Rosé Vermouth, Campari, Hibiscus Rose Syrup and Grapefruit Bitters in a cocktail mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and dilute. Srain over a large ice cube. Gently add sparkling wine. Express grapefruit zest.
