Spiced Blueberry French 75 (makes 1)
◻️ 3/4 oz Spiced Blueberry Syrup
◻️ 1 oz Empress 1908 Gin
◻️ 1/2 oz lemon juice
◻️ 4 oz chilled champagne or prosecco
◻️ Garnish: blueberries, lemon twist, edible flowers
Spiced Blueberry Syrup
◻️ 1 cup fresh blueberries
◻️ 3/4 cup sugar
◻️ 3/4 cup water
◻️ 1/2 tbsp mulling spices

1. Add Spiced Blueberry Syrup, Empress 1908 Gin, lemon juice and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled.
2. Strain mixture into a cocktail glass. Top with champagne or prosecco. If desired, garnish with blueberries, a lemon twist and edible flowers.
Spiced Blueberry Syrup
1. Add blueberries, sugar, water and mulling spices to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and let mixture cool. Strain into a jar or container and discard solids.
