Recipe:
1 1/2 oz reposado mezcal
1/2 oz Ancho Reyes Poblano Liqueur
1 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz homemade jalapeno syrup
1/4 of a juicy mango (chopped)
Muddle the fruit with the lime juice and add remaining ingredients. Let sit for 1/2 hour to several hours. Strain and shake with ice. Serve with plenty of ice in a coupe glass rimmed with Tajin. Garnish with the stem end of a jalapeno and chopped mango!
