I love a classic Mojito and was curious what it would taste like with fresh muddled lemon instead of lime. It did not disappoint, it is on the sourer side, but combines beautifully with sugar. Like the classic it works well with the herbal fresh mint. All in all it is a very refreshing serve, that would definitely work well in the spring/summer sunshine 👍
Recipe
▪️Rum - 60ml
▪️Lemon - Half Muddled
▪️Sugar - 2 Barspoons
▪️Mint - 6 Leaves
▪️Topped with Soda Water
▪️Mint Sprig Garnish
