30ml Lime Juice
15ml Homemade sugar free lavender syrup
30ml Aquafaba
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shakerwith ice and shake very vigorously untilcombined.
Double strain into your favourite cocktailglass that has been rimmed with organiclavender. Wait for the foam to settle andgarnish with violas (edible)
